Open Positions:

Revenue Cycle Analyst – Wilbraham, MA

Summary:  Perform revenue cycle analysis with the goal of identifying trends in denials, reimbursements, lag times, no response and other functional areas that need issue resolution from either customer or internal operations staff. Lead and/or participate in process improvement projects with customers and/or internal colleagues with full accountability for delivery of business services while achieving a high level of client satisfaction for assigned client(s).

Responsibilities:

•Client Satisfaction - Develop, maintain and document regular contact with clients, continually inquiring about any client difficulties and responding with quality service in a timely manner.  Prepare monthly reports for Client Service Managers.  Focus efforts on trending analysis, daily dashboards and ad hoc requests.  Execute business methods and quality assurance commitments to ensure high quality services corresponding to client expectations.

•Business Growth - Participate and assist Business Development staff to sell, accurately price and install new business.  Identify added service opportunities or value added services for assigned clients.

Education, Training:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration and a minimum of 5 years of supervising multiple clients of varying levels of complexity or an equivalent amount of education and experience of multiple priorities.

Experience/Qualifications:
•Proven, excellent client relations skills
•Excellent organization and prioritization skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Excellent analytical skills
•Demonstrated knowledge of Physician Revenue Cycle functions and use of Practice Management systems across •Multi Specialty groups
•Strong ability to work independently to develop and implement improvement plans
•Ability to independently prepare for, lead and/or facilitate meetings with the assigned client(s) and internal M3 staff.

 

Regional Sales Director – Northeast Region

Responsibilities include:
•Network with target market executives of healthcare and practice institutions
•Networking with consulting firms and non-competitor companies to identify and develop leads and market/industry insight.
•Identify opportunities that can lead to growth into targeted new service offerings
•Work with internal professionals to manage the sales process
•Show competency in developing a lead, moving the lead along the sales process, and identify and execute on a path to closing the prospect. A team of professionals will be involved in all deals to support the sales processes as a whole.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordination of RFP responses and proposal development.
•Writing, editing and development of presentations and proposals as well as project management of RFP proposal response generation.
•Update and maintain prospect, competitor & client records in SalesForce
•Assist in generation of pipeline and other sales reports in an accurate and timely manner
•Attend national sales show, including the MGMA, HFMA, HIMSS, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
•Understand and communicate the value proposition of Meridian.
•Understand and communicate Meridian’s complete portfolio of solutions.
•Have a firm grasp on RCM outsourcing
•Understanding of population health and PCMH
•Able to develop executive level value-based responses to prospect inquiries
•Reputation for being honest, forthright, and trustworthy. Also, taking responsibility for own mistakes and maintaining high standards of ethical conduct
•Understand the organization’s strengths and weaknesses as compared to competitors; understand industry and market trends affecting the organization’s competitiveness; have an in-depth understanding of competitive products and services within the marketplace.

Experience:
•5+ years related sales and management experience in large, complex RCM deals.
•Familiar with industry tools used in responding to proposals and large complex institutions.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Must demonstrate creative problem solving skills.
•Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s preferred.
•Demonstrated lead development and closing experience.
•Experience in dealing with healthcare executive and physician decision makers.
•Territory will include the eastern half of the US, with focus on primary targets in the Northeast and secondary targets in the southeast and Midwest.  Position is preferred to be based in the Northeast.
