Meridian Medical Management, one of the nation’s fastest-growing and premier providers of revenue cycle management electronic medical records to large multi-specialty medical groups, is actively recruiting for an EMR Analyst. Under the direction of Project Manager, the EMR Analyst will be responsible for supporting the CEMR application, implementation process, maintenance and reporting needs of the assigned client(s) with full accountability for the delivery of contracted services, all while achieving a high level of client satisfaction and fostering best clinical practices across electronic medical system. This position is based in New Brunswick, NJ and will require 50% travel.
•Lead or serve on project committees as assigned by Project Manager.
•Provide weekly Status Report to the Project Manager/Implementation Team on work progress, accomplishments, decisions, issues, and associated strategies.
•Provide leadership in making and resolving implementation decisions that impact multiple functional and technical areas.
•Participate in planning process by providing input to tasks, durations, and resources for the project plan.
•Conform to the project time line.
•Conduct weekly reviews of project status and timeline supported with documentation of such events.
•Understand dependencies among functional areas and be able to suggest adjustments as needed.
•Document issues/resolutions/decisions on the issues/resolution log. Escalate issues as defined and outlined in company policies.
•Review the communication plan to assure that project progress is appropriately communicated to the practice stakeholders and to identify any internal communication concerns.
•Able to conduct practice implementation meetings weekly, using effective meeting format (including agendas and minutes).
•Conducts all phases of the implementation from Practice Readiness Assessments through MU attestation
•Ensure project documents are complete, current, accurate and stored appropriately.
•Document workflows of existing Centricity practices, identify gaps in standards, and develop a plan to transition to the streamlined workflow.
•Able to Train staff and developed training materials.
•Monitored project deliverables and timelines to successfully meet Go-live dates.
•Designed and Developed clinical based templates for administrative staff and clinicians using the Encounter Form Editor or visual form editor application.
•Conducted workflow analyses and training classes to all end users.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Health related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in information systems with preference given to candidates from a patient care environment.
•Direct experience with electronic medical records is required.
•Experience with Encounter form editing and or Visual Form editing a must. Experience with GE CCC forms a must.

•Network with target market executives of healthcare and practice institutions
•Networking with consulting firms and non-competitor companies to identify and develop leads and market/industry insight.
•Identify opportunities that can lead to growth into targeted new service offerings
•Work with internal professionals to manage the sales process
•Show competency in developing a lead, moving the lead along the sales process, and identify and execute on a path to closing the prospect. A team of professionals will be involved in all deals to support the sales processes as a whole.
• Coordination of RFP responses and proposal development.
•Writing, editing and development of presentations and proposals as well as project management of RFP proposal response generation.
•Update and maintain prospect, competitor & client records in SalesForce
•Assist in generation of pipeline and other sales reports in an accurate and timely manner
•Attend national sales show, including the MGMA, HFMA, HIMSS, etc.

•5+ years related sales and management experience in large, complex RCM deals.
•Familiar with industry tools used in responding to proposals and large complex institutions.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Must demonstrate creative problem solving skills.
•Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s preferred.
•Demonstrated lead development and closing experience.
•Experience in dealing with healthcare executive and physician decision makers.
•Territory will include the eastern half of the US, with focus on primary targets in the Northeast and secondary targets in the southeast and Midwest. Position is preferred to be based in the Northeast.
